  Please following the below steps
  
  • 1st install the MKVExtractGUI or OGMDemuxer
    this tool will extract the subtitles from you mkv files. You need download MKVExtractGUI-1.6.4.zip or OGMDemuxer-2.0.zip If you have download it, unzip it to your directory. and then double click MKVextractGUI.exe or OGMDemuxer.exe. select your mkv file as input, select the subtitles as the output files. You will get some *.srt file after finish.
  • 2nd edit the aya.avs
    Please enter into your Aya video converter installation directory. You can see the aya.avs . use notepad.exe to open this file. Please add the following lines in aya.avs
    LoadPlugin("DirectShowSource.dll")
    LoadPlugin("VSFilter.dll")
    DirectShowSource("c:\xxxx.mkv")<===please use the fullpath textsub("D:\xxxx.srt")<=== please type the fullpath about the srt which you get from MKVextractGUI.
  • 3rd convert Please run Aya video converter and select the aya.avs you just edit and then click convert button to do conversion.

  • Insert a Memory Stick into the Memory Stick slot in the left side of the PSP.
  • Turn on the PSP.
  • Plug a USB cable into the back of the PSP and into your PC or Mac. The USB cable needs to have a Mini-B connector on one end (this plugs into the PSP), and a standard USB connector on the other (this plugs into the computer).
  • Scroll to the "Settings" icon on the home menu of your PSP.
  • Find the "USB Connection" icon in the "Settings" menu. Press the X button. Your PSP will display the words "USB Mode" and your PC or Mac will recognize it as a USB storage device.
  • There should be a folder called "MP_ROOT" on the PSP Memory Stick if you formatted it on your PSP; if not, create one. There should be a folder called "100MNV01" inside the "MP_ROOT" folder.If PSP firmware is older than 3.30,you need to RENAME video as M4Vxxxxx.MP4 ("xxxxx" stands for 5 numbers) before transferring and then Drag and drop files into the folders
  • If your firmware is 3.30 or newer, moving MP4 into folder called "VIDEO".
  • Disconnect your PSP by first clicking on "Safely Remove Hardware" on the bottom menu bar of a PC, or by "ejecting" the drive on the Mac (drag the icon into the trash). Then unplug the USB cable and press the circle button to return to the home menu.
  • Once the video is transferred successfully, go to menu VIDEO > Memory Stick, you can find and play the video on PSP now. Great!

  • Launch iTunes, go to menu File > Add File to Library to import target movie from output folder into iTunes; or just drag and drop the movie into iTunes.
  • There are many ways to transfer converted video to iPhone through iTunes after it's connected with your computer via USB cable.
    1) Press the Sync button under Summary tab. This will sync the videos as well as other items like music, TV shows, podcasts, audiobook, photos and applications;
    2) Under Movies tab, select Sync movies > All movies, and press Sync button;
